Raw Wildflower Honey
Our raw wildflower honey is unpasteurised, unblended and cold extracted by hand in super small batches. Collected from meadows, hedgerows and woodlands surrounding the apiary, our honey comes straight from the hive to the jar as nature intended. It’s as simple and as natural as can be!
In addition, you will receive a little hand folded envelope of wildflower seeds under the lid seal of the jar as a thank you from us, plant them to help bees and other wildlife around you. For sowing instructions visit our 'how to' guide here.
Please note: As our honey is unpasteurised and unhomogenised the colour and flavour profile of each batch may vary. Once in the jars the honey will also start to crystallise, this is a natural occurance and does not affect the quality or taste of the honey. If you would like your honey to be runny again simply place the jar in warm water (not exceeding 40 degrees celcius to retain the live cultures).
