Ginger Raw Wildflower Honey

These infusions are special. We take our original raw wildflower honey, add the fresh ginger and allow it to infuse and fermet for a minimum or two weeks prior to delivery. The longer the ginger is in the jar the better, as it begins to crystallise and become candied (which is especially amazing on top of yoghurt!). The addition of the ginger is not only delicious but as it ferments and combines with the honey it gains even more health benefits.
 
Ginger has used as a medicinal spice (most commonly in Chinese medicine) for thousands of years and have the science to back up their properties, much like raw honey! The combination of the ginger and raw honey really does pack a nutritional punch!
